IAMDFS Employers Hub is designed to give our mentees and those affiliated with our organization an opportunity to have direct access to job and/or internships with various employers. After we have reviewed and perfected each resume, we upload the resume to our online drive for employer's access. Resumes are categorized in groups depending on experience and/or the type of job the individual may be seeking.

• Employers who partner with us through IAMDFS Employers Hub will featured on the sponsorship/partners section of our website, visual media content, and social media.
• Employers will be given first access to any event we host in which vendors can share brochures or information about their company.
• Employers will have unlimited access to this hub.
• Employers will also gain access to great job/intern candidates who have committed themselves to becoming better each day while also being involved in their community.

• Our focus is to create opportunity for others by having a direct line of communication with those who are in position of hiring for employers.
• If an employer has a referral bonus program, we ask that this bonus be donated to IAMDFS Mentoring Group to assist us in continuing our mission.
• We would be honored to have employers share our organization with their employees who may want to volunteer or have someone who needs mentoring.
• We want employers to have a representative to be available to come out and speak with our mentees concerning certain subjects when the opportunity arises.
• IAMDFS Mentoring Group is a 501-nonprofit organization.
