Fathering Anointing

Program Location: Goodwill Church Ministries (Mobile, Al Location)

Program Date: 2nd & 4th Saturday Each Month (Begins  June 28, 2019)

Program Time: 10am to 12noon

Ages: 8 to 12

The Fathering Anointing is designed to focus on children lacking the presence of a father and/or a positive male figure in their lives. Mentors will provide the support and male impartation a child needs from a father figure. 

Objectives of The Fathering Anointing

Support at school functions: This is an important area to support any child because this is the time they develop their confidence to be active and  to complete tasks. It gives a child the encouragement they need to succeed. 

Follow-ups on school grades and behaviors: Every child needs to gain an accurate understanding of accountability. Follow ups on grades and behaviors teaches them to focus, be efficient, and holds them accountable to do their best.

Fellowship: Every child needs to feel the expression of love in many ways but spending time with them is always valuable. It allows them time to open up about things they want to talk about while giving us an opportunity to observe their personalities and what is important to them. Our fellowship will consist of movie nights, cookouts, bowling, basketball, and etc.

Church Involvement: It is important to provide every child with a consistent and strong foundation in God at an early age. The direction of their lives comes through the will of God so it is essential to keep them active in things of God.
